Footage from the Formula Drift Singapore which happened on April 23-24, 2010. It was my first Formula Drift event. I was stoked just to be there. Great place, talented drivers and awesome cars.
Congrats to Malaysian driver Tengku Djan Ley for taking out 1st, Tan Tat Wei taking 2nd, and 3rd to Fanga Dan from NZ.
Special shout out to David Feliciano, our very own Filipino driver, for making it into the top 16. He has come a long way. Next goal is top 8…then the podium
Video I made a few months ago. Mainly shot in slo-mo. Was trying something new. It’s at Clark race track in the Philippines. Hot cars, drifting, bikes, go-karts…
I will introduce myself first, I’m Daniel O’Shea and I hope to bring you the latest news and photos from Irish Drift events. I have always been interested in motorsports and photography, and back in 2006 went along to Rosegreen to see my first drift Prodrift Event and I was hooked. I have been to almost every event since!
Pro driver Jacob Høgh drifting in one of the teams S15′s
Last weekend was time for the first annual drift event of the year. The show was called Fast & Furious car show, and it’s basically a show for all kinds of cars.
Hey everyone, nothing special here (No Brooksie ). But friends Jansen Butler and Jesse Hinze hit me up to make a video for them from the recent Raceline round at Parklands. Unfortunately for Jesse his motor blew halfway into the first lap (Note: All Star Performance didnt build Jesse’s motor!). Jansen how ever was consistent and placed 5th for the day.
Hey everyone, I am Kenny Freeman (friends call me Kpuff) and I’m a photographer from the USA on the east coast in Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve been a photographer for about 6 years now, doing different things like automotive, modelling and weddings. Definitely have to say that Drifting photography is one of my favorites, and I love the events we have around Atlanta. I started taking drifting shots about 2 years ago and didn’t do much with it.
The Philippines first international drifter. Sponsored by Goodyear tires and owner of DMF Drift in the Philippines. He is currently competing in Formula Drift Asia. I just wanted to congratulate him on making it into the top 16 in Singapore last weekend (23/04/10-24/0410)
At 7am I woke and my friend Roo came to pick me up for the long 3 hour drive to Taupo Motosport Park. We picked up another buddy on the way and began the long trip. After stopping for some brunch we ended up getting to the track at about 1pm. There was so many cars there, all variety, Including Steve Sole’s new D1 JZX90 with a JZX100 front.

I rolled into Manchester via the delightful UK rail network mid-way through Saturday’s qualifying session. It was a tough decision whether to blast my FC3S the 140-odd miles north to catch this opening round of JDM Allstars 2010 or relax on the train on the way up. Going by how I feel now, I”m glad I chose the latter!
I was browsing through the pictures on my hard-drive and I came across a bunch of photos from a Driftopia day I went to last month that I forgot to do something with.
Andrew Choy was driving his S15 very well throughout the day. This has to be one of the most reliable cars I’ve seen. (more…)
Finally, the new season of the Lateral Drift Championship has started. For the Philippines’ premier drift championship, the competition gets more intense as it follows a new format similar to the top racing series in the world: SATURDAY qualifying, then SUNDAY for the actual race of the qualifiers. Also, there are now two divisions for the championship, the Amateur Division and the Pro Division.
The 1st round of the 2010 Lateral Drift Pro-Am Championship kicked off on March 20, 2010. It is very notable too that one of drifted’s contributors, Struan Wallace, is a participant in the amateur division!
Hey people .. Im Stephen Brooks, although most people know me as Brooksie.
So a little about me ? .. Well I’ve been working for BBC Television for around 16 years now, making all sorts of shows and getting to see lots of the world, along side this I’ve always shot stills (im slightly obssessed with buying lenses) and played around with cameras and kit of my own. (more…)
