Details are thin on the ground at the moment as the police investigations are still ongoing however the good news is that the Team Japspeed Subaru Impreza has been found.

The team released the news on their Facebook page in the earlier hours of the morning along with pictures of the car back in their possession.

The car was found in the reading area and partially stripped. We can’t go in to full details as there is still ongoing police investigations. More details will be released soon. But one thing is for sure without your help on Facebook we may have never got her back 🙂

The car culture community pulled together in the 30+ hours the car was missing resulting in unprecidented internet coverage of the ongoing search for the 500bhp RWD Subaru. The news even made the BBC London News at 10pm on Sunday night.

As you can see from the pictures below the car is missing the rear wing and some stickers as far as we can see, but the sense of relief that the car has been retrieved is huge for us so we can’t imagine how the Japspeed team are feeling this morning!

You can next catch the car in action at the British Drift Championship at Teesside Autodrome on 2nd-3rd July.
