VIDEO – 2025 International Drifting Cup/World Time Attack Highlights – Sydney, Australia
Enjoy the highlights from the recent 2025 World Time Attack Challenge, which also featured the Garrett International Drifting Cup alongside the main time attack action at Sydney Motorsport Park.
The event brought together Australia’s best drifters, including Luke Fink and Mad Mike, who made an appearance in FURSTY, his four-rotor station wagon that never fails to turn heads.
International competitors included Masashi Yokoi, piloting his Nissan Silvia S14A, alongside Naoki Nakamura, who was at the wheel of his iconic championship-winning Nissan S13.
Liberty Walk‘s Wataru Kato was also in attendance, with the LB Nissan S15’s four-rotor setup putting on a flame-spitting show for the crowd.
Thankfully, the drifters showed the time attack drivers how to pull off the tire-smoking action properly. Instead, they opted for donuts in the pits, which didn’t go down quite so well!
The combination of world-class time attack competition and proper drift demos made for an epic weekend of motorsport at Australia’s premier circuit.
