Are Adam LZ And Collete Back Together? New Clip Has Fans Talking
UPDATE, September 10, 2025 – Fans on the Drifted Facebook page have informed us that Adam LZ claims his Facebook account has been hacked. If true, it follows a hack of the LZ World Tour page last year.
LZ informed fans with the following message:
Following the awkward tension at the Formula DRIFT Englishtown event back in June, fans started pointing out some glaringly obvious signs that things weren’t going smoothly for the drifting celebrity couple, Collete Davis and Adam LZ.
However, this reel on LZ’s Facebook page, posted yesterday, has fans wondering whether things could be back on track.

The eight-second clip shows a girl strongly resembling Collete, with LZ driving towards her in his Formula DRIFT BMW E36.
As she seemingly goes to the door, LZ does a nitrous purge, flicking up her skirt in the process.

You can’t see Collete’s face in the video, although fans don’t seem to be questioning that it’s her.

However, it’s unclear whether this is old footage from when the couple was together, which would make more sense given their confirmed breakup status.
Comments on the post range from hopeful to skeptical. “You and Collete dating again?” asked one fan, while others suggested more conspiracy-minded theories like “His account got hacked, this is an old clip.”
The hacking scenario seems unlikely. Let’s face it, if someone gained access to LZ’s account, it’s doubtful they’d upload that video.
It seems that old footage is the most likely explanation at this time, and LZ’s social media team likely knew this would generate plenty of attention (in more ways than one!)
Right now, there’s no official update since the former couple stated they “care deeply but grew in different directions” following their official breakup announcement.

Both continue running their individual Formula DRIFT programs and YouTube channels, apparently maintaining the “no drama, no resentment” approach they mentioned during their initial breakup confirmation.
We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any further updates on the situation, but for now, this appears to be nothing more than strategic nostalgic content to get the fans gossiping. If so, it definitely worked as intended!
