NASCAR 25 series developer Monster Games recently announced the game’s October 14 console release date. However, PC players were left in the dark until now.

However, the NASCAR 25 team on X confirmed in a comment that the Steam release will trail consoles by “about 1 month”, and since there’s no Steam pre-order, there will be “no early access” on PC. For now, you can add the game to your Steam wishlist.

When it arrives, the first multi-platform NASCAR game in over four years will be built using Unreal Engine 5, along with iRacing assets (laser scans). It will leverage Monster Games’ console expertise.
NASCAR 25 console release dates
NASCAR 25 hits PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on October 14, 2025. There are currently no plans for Nintendo Switch/Switch 2.

Pre-orders open September 18, with the ‘Standard’ edition priced at $59.99. The ‘Gold’ edition costs $79.99 and includes three-day early access plus additional DLC perks.
NASCAR 25 PC (Steam) release date
While the exact date remains unconfirmed, the ‘about 1 month behind console’ confirmation suggests NASCAR 25 will arrive on Steam in mid-November.
What to expect from NASCAR 25

Following the ‘NASCAR 21: Ignition’ disaster, NASCAR 25 is iRacing’s first officially licensed NASCAR console/PC game, having taken over the license in 2023.
For the first time, there’s a career mode where you’ll start in a ‘backyard shop’ in the ARCA Menards series before eventually working towards becoming the NASCAR Cup Series Champion.
Here’s what to expect from the career mode:
Other game modes are Quick Race, Championship, and online multiplayer with private lobbies.
NASCAR 25 includes all four national series, along with ARCA, as well as laser-scanned tracks and cars.
Despite releasing on both PC and consoles, the team has already confirmed there will be no cross-play or split-screen modes in Year 1.
