As you sit on the start line, you’ll need to rev your engine and match the revs perfectly to reach the green area of the rev counter for the optimal launch off the line.
If you don’t hit the green, then the orange area will still provide a slight boost, but it’s the grey area that you’ll need to try your best to avoid, as your rival is likely to leave you in their dust.
When you leave the line, don’t forget that you’ll have valuable nitrous to use to your advantage.
