Is Adam LZ Dating Again? Fresh Relationship Rumors Have Fans Talking

After nearly five years together, Adam LZ and Collete Davis officially announced their breakup on their social media platforms in June 2025. Since then, there’s been plenty of talk and speculation online, and after LZ recently added more fuel to the fire, we figured it was time to provide an update on the latest facts and rumors circulating.

Many fans thought the couple had gotten back together back in September after a reel on Adam’s Facebook showed him driving his FD BMW E36 towards Collete, then purging the nitrous and flicking up her skirt. LZ later debunked the rumors, stating his Facebook page had been hacked and he hadn’t posted the video at all.

While further videos with LZ and Collete surfaced on the hacked page since then, he’s continued to confirm they’re all fake on his other platforms. Despite ignoring anything we see on LZ’s Facebook page, there have been further developments since…

Is Adam LZ dating someone new?

First off, it’s important to note LZ hasn’t officially confirmed he’s dating again. But that hasn’t stopped internet detectives from trying to piece together several hints that have emerged in recent weeks.

The r/HaggardGarage subreddit has been the main hub for speculation (as usual), where the gossip has been alive and well, with a recent ‘mystery girl’ being seen coming out of his car, as well as in his sunglasses in videos, and in the background of recent Instagram Stories.

A recent post in the subreddit, titled “So who’s ‘Madison’ and why did Adam dirty delete this comment from his post?” emerged, along with a screenshot of LZ standing with his Porsche, where a comment stated, “… Great meeting you and Madison.” which no longer exists.

Unsurprisingly, the drifting detectives got to work right away and soon began speculating on who the mystery ‘Madison’ could be. u/leakye30 pointed out “he follows M3rchel too, who’s name is actually madison, and shes in Pa, owns a 991.2 gt3rs”.

The rumor refers to @m3rchel on Instagram. If so, ‘Madison’ appears to have an awesome collection, including an M-Sports-kitted Mazda RX-7 FD, a 1JZ-powered Nissan S13, and a Porsche 991.2 GT3 RS.

Now, of course, it’s important to take this with a pinch of salt, as they may well be clutching at straws. There’s no definite proof that they’re dating, and for now, it’s pure speculation.

Given that she’s a brunette, other recent rumors suggested he’s dating a blonde, which is why it’s important not to jump to conclusions just yet.

The recent fuel added to the fire

In a recent video published on November 19, featuring DailyDrivenExotics (DDE) at the LZ Compound, Damon jokes with Adam, “Is this just a trick ’cause you’re now dating again or what?” while getting strapped into Adam’s S15 (around the 1:15 mark).

LZ awkwardly laughs off the banter, but it certainly didn’t help calm down the speculation.

Later in the same video, Adam jokes that there are “a lot of attractive moms in my DMs.” Needless to say, there’s no shortage of dating talk flying around, even with those closest to him. It’s easy to see why it’s once again becoming a hot topic.

What caused LZ’s breakup with Collete?

The first signs that things weren’t going well surfaced during the Formula DRIFT Englishtown round.

Fans noticed the couple hadn’t set up their pits together, LZ was missing his usual umbrella girl, and she was absent at the podium despite his impressive win. The former couple then unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Soon after, Collete posted on socials, stating, “Adam and I are no longer together.” She continued that they “care deeply but grew in different directions” with “no drama, no resentment.” LZ reposted the same confirmation, and fans had some closure.

After the dust had (seemingly) settled, Collete responded to a TikTok comment that hinted that things behind the scenes might be a little more complicated than the initial “no drama” wording suggested.

When a user accused her of cheating on Adam, she responded with “Opposite actually… so give it a rest,” accompanied by a facepalm emoji. This, combined with the timing, has led many to speculate that Adam may have started a new relationship while still with Collete, but there’s no further confirmation on the matter.

What we know for sure right now

Currently, Adam LZ’s official relationship status remains ‘single’, and no further updates have been made public as of late November 2025.

Based on his videos, it looks like he handled the split well, finishing fifth in the 2025 Formula DRIFT rankings, and seems to be enjoying the single life while juggling his businesses and many car builds.

The same can be said for Collete, who also continued her 2025 FD campaign before experiencing what Ebisu has to offer, and today officially unveiled her new shop. Both drivers have also been confirmed on the initial 2026 Formula DRIFT driver list announced today.

While LZ’s recent DDE video and Reddit rumors suggest he might be dating, nothing has been officially confirmed on social media or in his content.

Even if he is, it’s not surprising given that he said he’d like to keep future relationships quiet. Given the amount of gossip surrounding his relationships, we can’t say we blame him!
